In late June, a breeze of care and wisdom swept into Yichao Technology. We were honored to welcome a delegation including Liu Guijuan, a deputy of the [Bao'an District] People's Congress, Guo Hua, a member of the District CPPCC, Chen Zhixing—who serves as both a CPPCC member and Chairman of the Lixin Lake Park Trade Union—and Chen Weixiong, Director of the Fuhai Chamber of Commerce (Industry and Commerce) Office. Their visit was not only a valuable inspection but also an in-depth face-to-face exchange, injecting new ideas into our company's future development.

Accompanied by our factory director and management team, the delegation explored the core production areas of our various processes. Under the detailed explanations of Director Chen (R&D Department), they gained a comprehensive understanding of our PCB production workflow and witnessed firsthand the dedicated work ethic of our frontline employees. The deputies and members expressed recognition for our progress in areas such as AOI automatic optical inspection equipment, strict quality control in the LDI exposure workshop, efficient and orderly automated lamination equipment, and the professionalism displayed by our employees, which greatly encouraged us.

After the tour, a practical and constructive discussion was held in the company meeting room. The conversation centered on three key themes: employee growth, technological breakthroughs, and the future of the industry.

During the exchange, we frankly discussed how to better address employees' personal life situations (such as marriage and family) to enhance their sense of belonging and happiness. The delegation showed great interest in our core R&D directions. We provided detailed updates on our progress in key areas:
- High-Frequency and High-Speed PCB Technology: Addressing the demands of 5G communication and high-end computing, tackling signal integrity challenges.
- Hybrid Lamination Technology for Special Materials like Rogers: Enhancing performance in high-reliability, high-frequency, and high-power scenarios.
- 3rd-Order and Higher HDI Board Technology: Breaking through the limits of high-density interconnects to support the miniaturization and multifunctionality of electronic products.
The deputies and members exchanged in-depth views with us on R&D challenges, industry trends, and policy support, encouraging us to maintain our innovative spirit and consolidate our technological leadership.
3.Empowering Growth: Proposal for Competitions: When discussing how to enhance employee skills and ensure the orderly inheritance of core technologies, Deputy Liu, Member Guo, and Chairman Chen (Trade Union) proposed a constructive initiative: organizing specialized skill competitions for technicians. They emphasized that such competitions could effectively "train through competition and promote learning through competition," helping technicians identify skill gaps, motivate self-improvement, and serve as an excellent platform for preserving valuable experience and ensuring inheritance. This initiative directly addresses the core needs of talent development and received high recognition and enthusiastic support from our management team!
Yichao's Action: We immediately committed to fully implementing this valuable suggestion. After rapid preparations, the company has officially decided to hold the "Yichao Cup" PCB Skill Competition by the end of July! This not only responds to the care and guidance of the deputies, members, and trade union but also reflects Yichao Technology's determination to strengthen internal capabilities and forge a skilled workforce.

Regarding suggestions for employee care and workshop optimization, we have organized specialized research to formulate improvement plans.
In PCB core technologies, we will continue to focus resources on breakthroughs in high-frequency/high-speed, special hybrid lamination, and high-order HDI, leading development through innovation.
